We are having urgent opening with once our Courier & Logistics client @Gurgaon.
Job Responsibilities-
1. Identifying training needs for all employees and different business functions (both behavioral and functional).
2. Design, plan and execute learning strategies and programs (as per L&D Framework) along with business heads and training partners for Junior to mid management employees.
3. Measure training impact / effectiveness of all training programs and take countermeasures.
4. Deliver training sessions on behavioral competencies for Junior to mid management employees.
5. Implement various learning interventions - Coaching, Development Centers, Online trainings, health and wellness initiatives, induction for new joinees, GD&I Initiatives, etc
Maintaining budget and managing relationships with Training Partners and Consultants
Competencies / Skills.
6. Design and deliver organization development and learning interventions that help solve business challenges.
7. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices. Proficient in MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS).
8. Experience in project management and budgeting.
9. Identify process gaps and help plug them by simplification of the process- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
10. Plan and Execute L&D roadmap for the business that helps the business scale and grow.
11. Work with diverse stakeholders (Business & HR ) at all levels to drive learning within the organization.
12. Influence L&D outcomes by understanding managerial development and assimilation needs and iterate on ideas and programs.
13. Required for the Job Proven experience as an L&D Manager with current knowledge of effective Learning and Development methods.
