Honor Degree & above in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or other Chemistry-related disciplines
At least 3 years of intensive experiences in Bioanalytical method development, method validation, study sample analysis using LC-MS/MS
Fluent in English, good presentation and communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
Operate LC-MS/MS instruments for quantitative analysis of biological samples in accordance with approved methods and SOPs.
Perform routine sample preparation (protein precipitation, liquid-liquid extraction, solid-phase extraction).
Carry out instrument setup, tuning, calibration, and system suitability testing prior to analysis.
Execute bioanalytical runs, monitor system performance, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Process, integrate, and review analytical data using validated data acquisition and processing software.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of LC-MS/MS systems.
Document all activities accurately in laboratory notebooks, worksheets, and electronic systems.
Adhere to GLP/GxP, FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines and follow laboratory safety procedures.
Report analytical issues, deviations, or OOS results to supervisors in a timely manner.
Support method validation, partial validation, and method transfer activities as assigned.
Maintain laboratory cleanliness and proper handling of chemicals, reagents, and biological samples.
Assist in audits and inspections by providing required analytical records and documentation.
Method developement activities and training to sub ordinates
