Qualifications:

Demonstrable experience as a Layout Artist in a VFX or animation environment.
Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling and shot composition.
Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software, particularly Maya.
Ability to interpret and implement feedback from directors and supervisors.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor\'s degree in Animation, Film, Art, or a related field is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

In Depth knowledge in the subject matter. Production knowledge in the dept as an Intermediate level or Senior artist
Good teaching ability & assessment ability. Ability to conduct training and support in assessment as per the given structure & curriculum.
Supports the selection process of candidates & acts as a lead trainee during OJT (on-the-Job Training).
Conduct Sessions on specific topics & supports for content creation.
Support in choosing Shots to be used during module delivery.
Ability to give constructive feedback to the trainees and interns.
Review & Maintain sheets regarding the efficiency rating of Learners and Training
Guiding & Mentoring Trainees, One-on-One for Individual learners/trainees.
Keen interest towards industrial updates and having transferred those knowledge to his/her team.
Create training content(s), and send it for approval for uploading in the LMS after consulting all stakeholders.
Support in assessment for training through LMS/ICP
Identify needs and facilitate the delivery of content for upskilling and dual training
