Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in kothlapur near Sangareddi for a Layer Breeder Farm Manager. The Layer Breeder Farm Manager will be responsible for overseeing the breeding and production of Srinivasa Hy-Line W-80 India & Hy-Line Brown Parents in EC sheds . Managing the team responsible for caring for the birds, and maintaining proper documentation and record-keeping practices. Qualifications Veterinarian - B.V.Sc., or M.V.Sc., Having minimum 3-4 years\' experience in Layer Breeder or commercial layer management. Skills Ability to get work done from Farm Workers and Supervisors essential. Strong understanding of layer chicken breeding and production, including genetics, nutrition, and disease prevention Good communication skills and ability to work independently and be managed remotely with mimium supervision. Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with other departments and Village panchayat Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs Other requirement Willing to work or stay at farm premises. Family quarters will be provided.
