Key Responsibilities:
Document Preparation:
Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, briefs, and agreements.
Case Management:
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Client Interaction:
Communicate with clients, schedule meetings, and provide updates regarding their cases.
Research:
Conduct legal research and gather case-relevant information to assist attorneys.
Court Filings:
Prepare and file documents with courts and other relevant institutions (e.g., electronic filings).
Scheduling:
Manage attorneys' calendars, schedule court appearances, depositions, and client meetings.
Administrative Support:

Qualifications:
Education:
