. The ideal candidate will handle all legal aspects of our ongoing and upcoming construction projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, contract management, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and finalize
contracts, MoUs, and agreements
related to construction, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Manage
RERA documentation
, approvals, and compliance requirements.
Provide legal guidance on
land acquisition, development agreements, and property-related matters
.
Handle
litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution
related to construction projects.
Liaise with external counsel, government authorities, and internal project teams.
Ensure adherence to
labour laws, contract laws, and environmental regulations
applicable to the construction industry.
Maintain and update records of
legal documents, NOCs, and statutory compliances
.
Conduct due diligence, risk assessment, and title verification for new land or project acquisitions.
Support management in policy formulation and decision-making from a legal standpoint.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law (LLB / LLM) from a recognized university.
6 years of experience
handling legal matters in the
construction or real estate sector
.
Strong understanding of
RERA, Contract Act, Labour Law, and Property Law
.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
Knowledge of state-specific real estate regulations.
Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
