Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lawyer to join our legal team, specializing in matters related to Section 138 and Criminal Law. The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting, research, and litigation skills and be capable of handling cases independently before various courts.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle cases related to Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and other criminal matters.

Draft and review legal documents including complaints, notices, replies, pleadings, bail applications, and written submissions.

Appear and represent clients before Magistrate Courts, Sessions Courts, and High Courts.

Conduct detailed legal research, case analysis, and prepare case strategies.

Coordinate with clients, collect evidence, and ensure timely filing and follow-up of cases.

Provide legal opinions and advice on criminal matters and negotiable instruments disputes.

Maintain case records, documentation, and manage court schedules effectively.

Skills and Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of Criminal Law, Section 138 NI Act, CrPC, and IPC.

Excellent drafting and argumentation skills.

Strong analytical and research abilities.

Good command over English and local language (verbal and written).

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Professional demeanor, integrity, and strong client-handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
