Draft, review agreements related to property purchase, sale, lease, joint ventures, and partnerships.
Ensure compliance with real estate, RERA, and other applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct legal due diligence for land/property acquisitions.
Handle title verification and resolve disputes related to ownership or encumbrances.
Provide legal opinions and risk assessments for management decisions.
Liaise with government authorities, legal consultants, and external counsel as required.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitration, or negotiations when necessary.
Maintain updated knowledge of changes in property and corporate law.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); Master's in Law (LLM) is preferred.
Minimum 3-7 years of experience in real estate law, property transactions, or corporate law (experience in a real estate company preferred).
Strong understanding of land laws, RERA, stamp duty, and registration processes.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and provide strategic legal guidance.
