Job Description

Handling client's legal transactions and partnerships. Gathering and preparing required legal documents for court proceedings. Helping company's draft legal policies and guidelines. Advising on business mergers and lawsuits. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Suggesting ways to handle legal risks. Drafting memorandum of Understandings, Joint Development Agreements, Agreement of Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Procurement Agreements etc and other deeds in relation to property. Drafting writ petitions, Suits, Appeals, Complaints, Notices, Replies, preparing property reports, title reports etc. Conducting due diligence / local laws for redevelopment properties. Must have extensive experience in Real Estate laws. Must have worked with some real estate law firm. Experience in Due Diligence of property. Must have good experience of working on property / real estate laws
