Responsibilities

Draft and review

contracts, agreements, notices, petitions, and affidavits

. Assist with

company registration, ROC filings, corporate structuring, and compliance

. Provide

startup legal support

including funding documentation, shareholder agreements, and due diligence. Handle

IPR-related matters

: trademark, copyright, and patent filings, oppositions, and renewals. Support in

court hearings, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings

. Conduct legal research and provide advisory notes on

corporate, taxation, labor, and IPR matters

.

Qualifications

LLB/LLM graduates

(Freshers, Trainees, or Experienced). Strong drafting, research, and communication skills. Interest in

corporate law, startup ecosystem, IPR, and litigation

. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
