pqe- minimum 1+ year post qualification work experience (must).

role & requirement:
1. handling litigations including preparation of drafts and thorough with filing procedures.
2. regular appearances before all the tribunals and courts in / around ncr.
3. preparation, reviewing petitions, applications, suits, written statements, evidence and other documents to be filed in courts;
4, helping with execution of different assignments;
5. misc. corporate work.
6. 138, arbitration, consumer, insolvency, recovery
7. daily coordination with counsels on pan india basis;
8. daily updation of mis / status-reporting emails to clients on each matter
