Land Purchase Documentation
:
Draft, review, and vet sale deeds, MoUs, lease agreements, title clearance certificates, and other documents related to land acquisition.

Legal Scrutiny of Property Documents
:
Examine 7/12 extracts, property cards, village maps, RTCs, and survey documents to ensure authenticity and compliance.

Regulatory Compliance
:
Ensure all property-related transactions comply with state RERA regulations, local town planning, zoning laws, and revenue department norms.
?
Liaisoning with Authorities
:
Coordinate with sub-registrars, revenue officials, legal advisors, and government departments for property registrations, NOCs, mutation entries, and land conversion approvals.

Risk Assessment
:
Identify potential legal risks in land transactions and advise the management on mitigation strategies.
?
Litigation Management
:
Handle legal notices, civil disputes, property litigations, and represent the company in courts or tribunals if required.
?
Legal Advisory
:
Advise internal departments and top management on contract enforcement, property development laws, and future acquisitions.
?
Team Coordination
:
Guide and review work of junior legal staff, consultants, and outsourced legal partners.
