About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Lawyer cum HR Executive to manage legal compliance and HR operations, including recruitment, policies, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft/review contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws
Handle legal notices, disputes, and liaison with authorities
Manage recruitment, onboarding & HR documentation
Maintain employee records, policies, payroll & attendance
Requirements:
LLB degree
1-5 years of legal + HR experience
Knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
Good in Drafting, communication & interpersonal skills
