- Legal Advisor (Real Estate)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Legal Advisor (Real Estate) to handle legal matters related to property and land transactions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in property documentation, land laws, and real estate compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and vet legal documents related to property, sale, lease, and registration.

Manage mutation, conversion, porcha, and bhumi related documentation.

Conduct land and property due diligence including title search and verification.

Handle property acquisition processes, including negotiations and compliance.

Ensure compliance with relevant property and real estate laws.

Assist clients in property registration with government authorities.

Liaise with municipal offices, land revenue authorities, and other regulatory bodies.

Provide legal opinions and advice on property-related matters.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); Master's in Law (LLM) is a plus.

2-4 years of experience in real estate / property law.

Strong knowledge of land laws, property registration processes, and government regulations

Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
