Conduct training sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced level players.
Develop customized coaching plans based on students' age, goals, and ability.
Teach correct techniques for strokes, footwork, strategy, and match play.
Assess players' performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
Prepare players for tournaments and competitive matches.
Ensure safety and discipline during training sessions.
Maintain attendance records and progress reports of students.
Manage and maintain tennis equipment and court conditions.
Coordinate with parents, academy staff, and management for scheduling and updates.
Motivate and mentor students to build sportsmanship and confidence
