Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting in-depth legal research on relevant legal issues, case law, statutes, and regulations related to corporate transactions, contracts, and compliance.
2. Preparing legal documents such as contracts, memorandums, and letters.
3. Vetting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
4. Assisting with due diligence processes by reviewing corporate documents and identifying potential legal risks.
5. Analyzing and reviewing contracts to identify legal issues and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
