About Ravish Kumar Goyal

I am the managing partner of RKG & Co, having more than 10 years standing at the bar, with pure litigation experience from trial courts to supreme court, with a firm hand on cross-examination, drafting, arguments, and legal research. At our place, the only focus is on pure litigation and work, no politics, and waste of time on chit-chat, like in other district courts' chambers. As such, we work from different offices in Delhi and not from chambers.

We firmly believe in doing top-notch litigation work in district courts of Delhi, in terms of drafting and cross-examination of witnesses, and cutting-edge research of law keeps us way ahead of our counterparts, as such, there is a huge scope of the good and unique amount of learning in doing an internship with us which hardly has any match anywhere else in other district courts practitioners.

About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Attend court hearings on a daily basis in district courts of Delhi and the high court of Delhi
2. Work on the drafting of suits, applications, complaints, notices, vetting on a daily basis, and legal research on a daily basis on legal issues with our guidance and nudging
3. Prepare questions for cross-examination in our legal guidance and mentoring on daily basis - how to find out legal loopholes to win the case in an adverse party case and how to use them to prepare the best possible case by drafting, evidence and arguments
