About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Work on drafting legal agreements and contracts & negotiating with vendors and clients on finalizing the agreements.
- Synthesize the telemedicine guidelines and ensure that the organization is compliant with the same.
- Ensure compliance on confidentiality and data privacy matters (training of internal and external stakeholders).
- Work on the maintenance of legal records and support leadership on IP matters, including trademark, patent, and open-source.
