About the internship

:
Provide legal support and advice to internal stakeholders on various matters.
Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Assist in managing litigation cases and maintaining related documentation.
Collaborate with external legal counsel and other departments as required.
Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Law from a good law college.
Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Litigation experience and enrollment in BAR Council of Gurgaon would be preferred.
