About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drafting the petition to be filed before Hon\'ble NCLT/NCLAT
2. Assisting the corporate insolvency resolution process
3. Appearing before Hon\'ble NCLT/NCLAT
Requirements:
1. Preference shall be given to candidates who have prior experience in the corporate insolvency resolution process
2. Preference shall be given to law graduates
Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 9th Aug\'23 and 13th Sep\'23
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
