POSITION:

Law Associate

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Qualification:

LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.

Experience:

3-4 years in the legal field (preferably with exposure to Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law, or Contract Law). Proficient in drafting and vetting legal documents. Well-versed in legal research and interpretation. Strong command over MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer operations. Good written and verbal communication skills. Sincere, responsible, and well-organized work ethic.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents, agreements, notices, and contracts. Conducting legal research and preparing case notes or legal opinions. Handling documentation for trademark, copyright, and other IP filings. Coordinating with clients and government authorities for filings and follow-ups. Maintaining, organizing, and managing office files, records, and paperwork. Assisting seniors in hearings, client meetings, and legal processes. Any other office or legal task as may be assigned from time to time.
