We are looking to hire a Laundry Liquids Rigids Specialist, South Asia in our team based in Mumbai.

Category Overview:

Home Care has categories covering Fabric Solutions, Fabric Care and Home and Hygiene. We have a wide range of cleaning products sold under big brands like Surf Excel, Rin, Wheel, Vim and Domex. We are the market leaders in dish and fabric cleaning category.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely & collaboratively with Global design team to delivery new packaging innovation / 3D design changes of Rigid Packaging for Liquids.

Qualification of Injection molds, bottle molds - EBM, IBM & ISBM for Innovation & capacity expansion projects.

Work closely & collaboratively with Supply Chain for capacity expansion projects for both Rigid & flexible packaging.

Creation and development of saving ideas for Home Care packaging for flexible, Rigid, Paper & paperboard and Decoration formats for Global Value Improvement program.

Scouting new Technology /New Polymer resin for Improved functionalities, to bring in savings.

To drive the end-to end project network for certain projects from inception to in market delivery working with cross functional teams.

Effectively communicating with multiple functions and business partners and adhere to network timelines for project delivery.

Working on Recyclable packaging options which are cost neutral & work on current supply chain.

Driving circularity projects by working on recycled plastic incorporation in the current packaging.

Key technical skills:

Good understanding of flexibles and rigids material and machine interfaces.

Sound knowledge on range of Packaging Materials- Laminates, Rigids, Paper & Paperboard.

Basis appreciation of costs and cost modelling for all pkg materials, forms.

Working Knowledge of interaction of flexible packs with FFS lines and extended supply chain elements

Qualifications & Experience:

Education \xe2\x80\x93 Post Graduation Diploma in Packaging from IIP or SIES

Experience- 3-6 yrs experience in a packaging role.
