Job Summary:

Responsible for the receiving, issuing, and documentation of staff uniforms, and handling linen operations for both F&B Service and Housekeeping, ensuring hygiene standards and proper inventory management are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Issue and receive staff uniforms daily; maintain accurate records in uniform registers or digital systems. Tag, label, and organize uniforms by department and employee ID. Manage uniform allotment for new joiners and clearance for resigned staff. Handle linen collection, washing, ironing, and distribution for F&B outlets (napkins, tablecloths, service cloths, etc.) and Housekeeping areas (bed sheets, towels, pillow covers, etc.). Maintain proper segregation of soiled and fresh linen to avoid cross-contamination. Update stock registers for F&B and HK linen regularly and ensure timely replenishment. Assist in monthly physical inventory of linen and uniforms. Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth flow of cleaned items during banquet events or busy operations. Check linen quality and report damage or loss to the supervisor. Ensure laundry machines are cleaned and maintained regularly. Follow hygiene and safety standards in all laundry operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year experience in hotel laundry or uniform/linen room preferred. Basic reading and writing knowledge in English or Hindi. Familiarity with fabric types and basic laundry procedures. Responsible, punctual, and able to work under supervision. Physically fit and able to lift laundry loads. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
