Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Laundry Attendant

to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all laundry operations efficiently, ensuring that guest and hotel linens are cleaned, processed, and delivered with high quality and care.

Key Responsibilities

Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron hotel linens, uniforms, and guest laundry.

Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, steamers, and pressing machines safely and efficiently.

Inspect linens and uniforms for damage or stains and ensure proper treatment.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room at all times.

Monitor chemical usage and report any equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

Maintain accurate records of laundry volumes, supplies, and daily operations.

Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel standards (including SOPs and HACCP guidelines where applicable).

Assist in inventory management of linens and laundry supplies.

Provide prompt and courteous service to guests for any laundry-related requests.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or hospitality setting (experience in a 5-star property is an advantage).

Basic knowledge of laundry equipment and fabric care.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high workloads.

Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?204,000.00 - ?228,000.00 per year
