Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lathe Turner located in Mumbai. The Lathe Turner will be responsible for operating and maintaining lathe machines to produce precision metal parts. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and calibrating machines, selecting cutting tools, loading materials, monitoring machine operations, inspecting finished products for accuracy, and ensuring machinery is well-maintained and in good working order. Adhering to safety protocols and quality standards is essential in this role. Qualifications Experience in operating and maintaining lathe machines, including setting up and calibrating equipment Knowledge of selecting appropriate cutting tools and loading materials Skills in monitoring machine operations and inspecting finished products for accuracy Understanding of safety protocols and quality standards Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and follow technical drawings and specifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus Technical certification or diploma in machining or related field is beneficial
