: We are seeking a skilled Lathe Shop Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operations within the lathe shop, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards. The Lathe Shop Supervisor will manage a team of lathe operators, set production schedules, and collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise machinist operations such as drilling, turning, grooving, facing, and tapping
• Work with Production Planning and Control (PPC) to obtain drawings and plan production activities
• Review engineering drawings and production plans for accuracy and conformance
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Perform other duties as assigned or required

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in machining techniques and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
