Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lathe Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. If you have a passion for precision machining and working with industrial machinery, this is your opportunity to be part of a growing company with innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate lathe machines to perform turning, facing, drilling, and threading operations.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints with accuracy.
- Measure and inspect machined parts using precision instruments (vernier, micrometer, etc.).
- Ensure components meet quality standards and tolerances.
- Maintain and perform basic troubleshooting on lathe machines.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the production and quality teams to meet delivery timelines.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in lathe operations.
- Strong knowledge of machining tools, processes, and tolerances.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
