Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
Set up and operate lathe machines (conventional/manual).
Select proper tools, speeds, feeds, and cutting tools for machining operations.
Perform turning, facing, threading, grooving, tapering, drilling, and boring operations.
Measure and inspect finished components using precision instruments (vernier, micrometer, height gauge, etc.).
Monitor machine operations and adjust as needed to maintain quality.
Maintain clean and safe working environment, adhering to 5S and safety guidelines.
Perform basic machine maintenance and tool sharpening.
Ensure the correct material handling and loading/unloading of components.
Report deviations, defects, and tool wear to the supervisor.
