Set up and operate manual or CNC lathe machines.
Load raw materials into the machine for processing.
Program CNC machines as per drawings or blueprints.
Shape materials accurately according to job requirements.
Check finished parts to ensure correct size and quality.
Clean and maintain machines regularly.
Identify and fix minor machine issues or errors.
Follow safety rules and keep the work area clean.
