Job Title: Lathe Machine Operator

Location: Sehore

Key Responsibilities:

Operate conventional lathe machines to shape metal components like pump shafts, sleeves, or impellers.

Interpret mechanical drawings and job sheets to understand dimensions and tolerances.

Perform turning, facing, threading, boring, and grooving operations.

Select and install appropriate tools, jaws, and cutting parameters.

Inspect and measure finished parts using micrometers, vernier calipers, and gauges.

Perform daily maintenance of lathe machine and ensure proper lubrication.

Ensure quality control and report any defects or deviations to the supervisor.

Requirements:

ITI

1-10 years of experience operating manual lathe machines.

Strong understanding of mechanical symbols, tolerances, and materials.

Prior experience in pump/gearbox/motor industry preferred.

Ability to handle machine precision work and work in fast-paced setups.

Salary Range: ₹10,000 - 65,000 (Depending on experience & skill & Hike on last salary)

Shift: Day Shift
