Overview:

We are seeking a skilled

Lathe Machine Operator

to join our production team. This role involves operating and maintaining lathe machines to produce high-precision components. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, detail-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining superior quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Candidate must have 3-4years of experience at least.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate manual lathe machines to produce parts as per specifications Set up and calibrate machinery for optimal performance Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet design specifications Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency Adhere strictly to safety regulations and protocols

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent Technical training or completion of a machinist apprenticeship program preferred

Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience operating manual lathes Solid understanding of machining techniques and metalworking principles Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics Skilled in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
