Job Description

Set up and operate lathe machines (manual based on requirement). Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders. Measure and mark metal stock to lay out for machining. Monitor machine operation for any malfunctions or irregularities. Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines. Adjust machine settings to meet production specifications. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Report any mechanical issues or material shortages to supervisors promptly.
