About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Last Mile Operations Executive to manage dispatch and delivery operations in Bahraich. The candidate should have strong coordination skills, operational accuracy, and hands-on experience in last mile logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily dispatch and last mile delivery operations. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries as per defined SLAs. Prepare and manage E-way bills, dispatch documents, and shipment records. Maintain and update Excel reports for dispatch, delivery, and performance tracking. Coordinate with delivery partners, transporters, and internal teams for smooth execution. Monitor and resolve delivery exceptions, delays, and non-delivery issues. Ensure inventory accuracy and system reconciliation during dispatch. Maintain compliance with SOPs, safety, and documentation standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Last Mile / Dispatch / Delivery Operations (Logistics, E-commerce, or FMCG preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reporting). Strong understanding of E-way bills, logistics documentation, and dispatch planning. Excellent coordination, accuracy, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive operations. Local geographical knowledge of Bahraich and nearby areas is an advantage.
