We are launching a dedicated Bathroom Renovation vertical and are looking for an experienced Last Mile Delivery Manager to lead installation, execution, and final delivery to customer sites. The role ensures smooth coordination between vendors, site teams, logistics, project managers, and customers to achieve on-time, high-quality project completion with exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Execution Management
Own end-to-end last mile delivery process for all bathroom renovation projects.
Plan and schedule deliveries of materials, fixtures, and fittings to customer sites.
Ensure timely installation and completion of renovation work as per project timelines.
Monitor execution quality and proactively identify risks or delays.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
Manage carpenters, plumbers, electricians, tiling teams, and other installation partners.
Verify availability of skilled manpower and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Oversee vendor performance, productivity, and compliance.
Customer Experience
Act as the point of escalation for customers during execution.
Ensure effective communication on progress, delays, and issue resolution.
Drive customer satisfaction through professional site behaviour and quality outcomes.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Conduct regular site audits to ensure workmanship quality and adherence to specifications.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance for bathroom renovations.
Track punch lists and ensure timely rectification of defects/snags.
Process & Performance Management
Track daily delivery metrics, installation timelines, and project completion SLAs.
Implement process improvements to minimize delays and rework.
Manage material tracking accuracy to reduce waste and ensure site readiness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Design, Sales, Project Management, Procurement, and Warehouse teams.
Coordinate material availability, design changes, procurement timelines, and customer approvals.
Provide ground-level insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
Education: Graduate in Engineering / Operations / Construction / Any discipline (preferred).
Certification in project management or construction management is an added advantage.
Experience:5-10 years of experience in last mile delivery, project execution, installation management, or home improvement operations.
Experience in bathroom renovation, home services, home interiors, modular installation.
