Location: H V Desai Eye Hospital, Pune | Department: LASIK / Refractive Surgery
Are you passionate about patient care and helping people achieve better vision? We are looking for an empathetic and driven LASIK Counsellor to be the guiding light for our patients exploring refractive surgery options.
This crucial role is about educating, assuring, and supporting patients through their entire LASIK journey--from the initial consultation to post-operative follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Education:
Expertly counsel prospective patients on the LASIK procedure, clearly detailing the benefits, potential risks, and required post-operative care.
Journey Management:
Coordinate all aspects of the patient journey, including surgical scheduling, pre-operative appointments, and post-operative follow-ups.
Relationship Building:
Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction, building trust, and driving successful procedure conversions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education
: Bachelor's Degree required (A background in Healthcare or a related field is a strong advantage).
Experience
: 1-3 years of proven experience in a patient counselling or sales-focused role. Prior experience in LASIK/Refractive Surgery counselling is highly desirable.
Skills
:
Exceptional Communication: Fluency in Marathi and Hindi, with articulate and confident communication in English, and the ability to convey complex medical information clearly and empathetically.
Interpersonal Excellence: Strong relationship-building skills to connect with and reassure patients.
