We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused

Laser Technician

to join our premium salon team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in laser hair reduction and aesthetic skin treatments and must deliver a refined, luxury client.

Key Responsibilities

Laser & Aesthetic Procedures

Perform

Laser Hair Reduction (LHR)

and other laser-based aesthetic treatments using approved devices. Conduct

skin analysis

, patch tests, and treatment suitability assessments. Customize treatment plans based on client skin type, hair type, and concerns.

Client Experience & Consultation

Provide professional

pre-treatment consultation

and

post-treatment care instructions

. Maintain excellent customer engagement, ensuring a premium, personalized experience. Manage client expectations and address concerns with empathy and clarity.

Equipment & Safety Compliance

Operate and maintain laser machines as per manufacturer guidelines. Ensure strict adherence to

safety protocols

and

hygiene standards

. Document all treatments, machine usage, and consumables.

Salon Coordination

Support the salon team in providing an integrated beauty and wellness service. Maintain treatment room readiness--cleanliness, product availability, and equipment calibration. Assist with promoting salon aesthetic services, membership plans, and treatment packages.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/Certification in

Laser Technology

,

Aesthetics

,

Dermatology

, or

Cosmetology

. Minimum

2-5 years of hands-on experience

in laser hair reduction or similar treatments. Strong understanding of

skin physiology

,

Fitzpatrick scale

, and contraindications. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Ability to work in a luxury salon environment with high service standards. Knowledge of aesthetic devices (Diode / Nd:YAG / IPL). Basic computer and CRM usage skills for maintaining client records.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in premium beauty clinics or branded salons. Certification in

Advanced Aesthetic Procedures

(skin rejuvenation, pigmentation treatments, etc.). Knowledge of retail skincare brands and product recommendations.
