Maintain Clean and Safe work environment in Production shop floor ,Need to raise risk observation and Monitor closure of same, Maintain 5S in Production Shop floorTake daily morning meeting with workmen and allocate work to Production TeamTraining to Workmen for multiskilling and other training related to quality Problems for example CNC Laser Operators to TPP Machines or assembly Vice a versa, which is useful in case of unbalance work load and in case of absenteeismMust be knowledgeable and experienced with CNC programming, setting and operating Laser or Punch Press Machines (Amada desirable)Responsible for creating programs / nesting using software for Lasers.Responsible for reviewing drawings and specifications for accuracy to develop sheet metal programs for CNC punch, laser and press brake operations.Working knowledge of sheet metal lay-out to include the application in concepts such as bend deductions and bend allowances to complete flat pattern development.Basic KnowLedge Of SolidworkPrepare Daily Production Report In ERPAssist in minimizing wasted material -Controlling Rejection And Rework -Maximum Utilization Of SheetMaterial & man Power Planning
