Job Summary

Himalaya International is looking for a skilled

Laser Machine Operator

to operate and maintain laser cutting machines for metal fabrication used in signage, branding, and retail display solutions. The candidate should be experienced in handling laser machines with accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC laser cutting machines for cutting metal sheets such as

MS, SS, Aluminium, ACP, etc.

Read and understand

technical drawings, AutoCAD files, and cutting layouts

Set up machines, select appropriate programs, and ensure accurate cutting as per specifications Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during operation Ensure

minimal material wastage

and maintain production quality standards Perform

routine machine maintenance

, cleaning, and troubleshooting Coordinate with

design, fabrication, and production teams

Maintain daily production records and job sheets Follow

safety guidelines

and company SOPs at all times Report machine breakdowns or quality issues to the supervisor immediately

Required Skills & Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, CNC, or relevant trade preferred Minimum

1-3 years of experience

as a Laser Operator in metal fabrication or signage industry Knowledge of

CNC laser machines

(Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada, or similar - preferred) Basic understanding of

AutoCAD / DXF files

Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines Good understanding of material thickness, power settings, and cutting parameters Physically fit and capable of working in a factory environment

Preferred Skills

Experience in

signage, advertising, or retail branding industry

Knowledge of nesting software Ability to handle high-volume production Team player with attention to detail

Working Conditions

Factory-based role 6 days working

Salary: As per industry standards and experience Overtime as applicable ESI, and other statutory benefits as per company policy

Pay: ₹10,783.52 - ₹23,699.46 per month
