Job Description

We are hiring skilled CNC Fiber Laser Machine Operators and CNC Press Brake Machine Operators for our stainless steel fabrication and kitchen equipment manufacturing unit.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in operating CNC machines, and the ability to deliver high-quality precision work.

Key Responsibilities:

For CNC Fiber Laser Machine Operator:

Operate CNC fiber laser cutting machines to cut SS/MS sheets as per drawings. Set up, load/unload sheets, and monitor machine operations for accuracy. Optimize cutting parameters (speed, power, gas pressure) for different materials. Inspect cut parts for quality and dimensional accuracy. Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machine components. Maintain production records and report any machine or quality issues.

For CNC Press Brake Machine Operator:

Operate CNC press brake machines for sheet bending and forming. Set up dies, punches, and adjust back gauge and programs. Read and interpret fabrication drawings and bend angles. Ensure accuracy in dimensions and quality of bends. Troubleshoot bending issues and maintain smooth machine operation. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of CNC machine operation (Fiber Laser / Press Brake). Ability to read technical and engineering drawings. Familiarity with measurement tools (Vernier, Angle Gauge, Micrometer, etc.). Understanding of sheet metal properties and tooling setup. Basic computer knowledge for program handling and nesting (optional). Safety-conscious and disciplined work approach.
