Job Description

Must possess knowledge of various materials such as acrylic, HIPS, etc and with an understanding of the drawings and safely perform Laser Cutting operations without any supervision Select and Set-up lenses and nozzles based on material type and thickness Select and Load the appropriate cutting programs and set up machine parameters to ensure optimal performance of the equipment. Use appropriate jigs & fixtures as and when required for cutting special jobs Establish proper stop location and adjust laser beam focal point Inspect and maintain machine for conformance with safety requirements Inspect all manufactured parts, follow work-in-process inspection methods, and ensure to accomplish specified standards Perform Daily & Weekly Maintenance of machine
Skills / Requirements

Software ability to navigate through coreldraw, adobe illustrator, adobe photoshop, and any other industry standard software. Ability to interpret technical documents & drawings Prepare and optimize nesting plans for multiple products Adherence to safety standards Good communication & interpersonal skills
Salary:
?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
