Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Laser Machine Operator with 2 years of experience to operate and maintain laser cutting machines efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for setting up machines, ensuring product quality, minimizing material wastage, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor laser cutting machines as per job requirements. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Load raw materials and ensure accurate alignment for cutting operations. Perform routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance. Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and precision. Monitor cutting processes to ensure quality standards are met. Identify and report machine issues to maintenance teams. Maintain proper production records and reports. Follow safety guidelines and maintain housekeeping standards in the work area.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Laser Machine Operator. ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field is preferred. Knowledge of laser cutting parameters, machine settings, and tooling. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Basic knowledge of quality checks and measurements using measuring instruments. Willingness to work in shifts if required. Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with CNC laser cutting machines. Knowledge of production planning and quality control. Ability to meet production targets with minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
