Job Description

We are looking for a

Laser Machine Operator

to operate and manage

CO? Laser Cutting Machine and CO? Galvo Laser

for non-metal materials. The candidate should have

good hands-on understanding of machine operation

, material handling, and basic maintenance. This is a

shop-floor production role

and does not require advanced technical or engineering knowledge.

Responsibilities

Operate

CO? Laser Cutting Machine

and

CO? Galvo Laser Machine

for non-metal materials (acrylic, MDF, wood, leather, etc.) Set up jobs, load materials, and align workpieces correctly Run cutting and engraving jobs as per given files or instructions Adjust

basic machine parameters

like power, speed, and focus Ensure

clean and accurate cutting / engraving output

Perform

basic daily machine checks and cleaning

Identify and report machine issues or errors Maintain

production quality and material usage efficiency

Follow safety procedures and shop-floor discipline
Requirements

Experience in operating

CO? laser machines

(cutting or galvo) Good

practical understanding

of how laser machines work Ability to: Focus the lens Set speed and power Handle different non-metal materials

No high technical degree required

Basic understanding of: File execution (CorelDraw / DXF / AI / or machine software) Machine operation workflow Responsible, careful, and quality-focused
Skills Preferred

Prior experience in

acrylic / MDF / wood / non-metal laser cutting

Ability to troubleshoot

small issues

(alignment, focus, material issues) Understanding of

production work and deadlines

Basic computer operation
