Operate manual or CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
Measure and inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Perform routine maintenance and lubrication of the machine
Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines (fiber or CO?).
Load and unload metal sheets and align workpieces properly.
Monitor cutting parameters and ensure dimensional accuracy.
Troubleshoot and adjust settings for optimal cutting performance.
Perform MIG, TIG, or Arc welding as per project requirements.
Read welding blueprints and symbols accurately.
Inspect welds for quality, strength, and finish.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the welding area.
Additional Duties:
Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Maintain production logs and report any machine malfunction.
Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve process efficiency.
Support other machine operations as needed.
