for Laser Marking Machine Operator

Position Summary:

Responsible for operating the laser marking machine to mark medical device components as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the laser marking machine safely and efficiently. Set up machine parameters according to job requirements. Mark components with required details (batch no., logo, size, etc.). Check markings for accuracy, clarity, and alignment. Inspect parts visually and dimensionally as per quality standards. Maintain records of daily production and marking logs. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the machine. Follow SOPs, work instructions, and GMP requirements. Report any defects, machine issues, or non-conformities to the supervisor. Ensure clean and organized work area following 5S practices.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of machine operation. Understanding of drawings and marking details. Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy. Good attention to detail and quality. Basic computer knowledge (for machine interface).

Education & Experience:

Education:

10th/12th/ITI preferred.

Experience:

0-1 years; experience in laser marking or medical device industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
