Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Laser Machine Helper to support our laser-cutting / laser-engraving operations. The successful candidate will assist operators with machine setup, material handling, quality checks, maintenance, and general support -- ensuring smooth workflow and quality output.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in loading and unloading raw materials (metal, plastic, acrylic, etc.) onto laser cutting/engraving machines, and removing cut parts after operation ends. Required Qualifications / Skills

Minimum 10th class / 12th pass (or equivalent). Vocational training, ITI, or relevant technical certificate is a bonus. 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing / workshop / metal-working / laser-machine environment (or similar). Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operations and maintenance tasks. Ability to use simple measuring tools (calipers, gauges, tape measure); good attention to detail to support quality control. Physically able to perform tasks that may include lifting, moving materials/parts, standing for long hours, and basic manual work. Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions from supervisors / machine operators. Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized working environment.
