Design & Engineering
Design
custom laser-based automated machines
using 3D CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Collaborate with
electrical and controls engineers
to integrate PLCs, HMIs, and servo systems
Define
motion sequences
, coordinate laser triggering, and ensure synchronization with robotics or conveyors
Integrate
vision systems
for part alignment, inspection, or closed-loop control
Create
proof-of-concept models
, functional prototypes, and conduct performance tests
Troubleshoot mechanical and optical alignment issues during machine build and commissioning
Optimize machine parameters for
speed, precision, and reliability
Generate
detailed mechanical drawings
, BOMs, and design documentation
Ensure designs comply with

Support creation of
user manuals

Assist in
