Summary: As a Large Language Model Architect, you will be responsible for architecting large language models that can effectively process and generate natural language. Your typical day will involve designing neural network parameters and working with extensive datasets to ensure optimal performance and accuracy in language processing tasks. You will collaborate with various teams to refine model capabilities and contribute to innovative solutions in the field of natural language processing. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and understanding. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of language models, making adjustments as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI. - Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in natural language processing. - Experience with large-scale data processing and model training techniques. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets to inform model design and improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Generative AI. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
