About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled

Laravel Expert

to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Laravel framework, PHP, and modern web technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while ensuring high performance, security, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using

Laravel

and related technologies. Write clean, reusable, and efficient

PHP & Laravel code

following best practices. Design and implement

RESTful APIs

and integrate third-party services. Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and other team members to deliver seamless user experiences. Manage and optimize

databases

(MySQL/PostgreSQL) for performance and reliability. Implement

authentication, authorization, and security measures

. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications. Stay up to date with the latest

Laravel releases, tools, and best practices

. Participate in

code reviews, testing, and deployment processes

.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a

Laravel Developer

(3+ years preferred). Strong proficiency in

PHP (7/8), Laravel (8/9/10)

, and

object-oriented programming

. Experience with

Blade templating

,

Eloquent ORM

, and

Artisan CLI

. Strong understanding of

MVC architecture

. Proficiency in

MySQL/PostgreSQL

database design and optimization. Experience with

RESTful APIs

, JSON, and third-party integrations. Familiarity with

front-end technologies

(HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js/React is a plus). Knowledge of

Git version control

and CI/CD workflows. Understanding of

unit testing (PHPUnit, Pest)

and test-driven development (TDD). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

queue management (Redis, Beanstalkd, SQS, etc.)

. Knowledge of

Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)

. Familiarity with

microservices architecture

. Contribution to

open-source Laravel projects

is a big plus.
