Whether it's matching a consignor with a transporter, optimising reefer trucking infrastructure, or allocating cold storage resources across India, we aim to seamlessly connect transporters and manufacturers of perishable products. Our platform serves key sectors such as dairy, pharmaceuticals, fresh agro produce, and frozen products, enabling users to book reefer vehicle loads and cold storage space anywhere in India while providing complete network monitoring via desktop or mobile.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled

Backend Developer

with expertise in

Laravel

and

Node.js

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in backend development, with a strong understanding of database design, API development, and security practices. Experience with Node.js is essential, and knowledge of Python will be an added advantage. This role requires a proactive developer who can write clean, scalable, and secure code while adhering to best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend applications using Laravel and Node.js. Implement well-structured, secure, and reusable code for scalable applications. Design and optimize complex database schemas. Write efficient and secure MySQL queries and ensure database performance tuning. Handle data migrations and complex database operations. Develop and manage RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications and third-party systems. Ensure APIs follow industry-standard security and performance practices. Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and prevent vulnerabilities like SQL injection, XSS, and CSRF. Ensure backend applications adhere to data protection standards and security protocols. Monitor and improve application performance and scalability. Build and manage backend logic for business operations, workflows, and user interactions. Handle advanced logic for order management, inventory, or any other business-related functions as per project needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers and designers, to deliver high-quality applications. Work on JIRA tickets and ensure timely delivery of tasks with proper documentation. Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality. Use Git for version control and follow best practices for code reviews and team collaboration.

Required skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-7 years of hands-on experience with Laravel and PHP. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design principles. Experience with Node.js (1-2 years minimum). Proficiency in MySQL, including query optimization and complex query building. Solid understanding of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Familiarity with secure coding practices and backend application security concerns. Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like PHPUnit or similar tools. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Experience with Git and version control best practices

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
