We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Laravel & CodeIgniter Developer

to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable web applications using both Laravel and CodeIgniter frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend systems using Laravel and CodeIgniter frameworks. Build efficient, reusable, and testable PHP modules. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with external services. Collaborate with front-end developers and designers for seamless integration. Troubleshoot application issues and debug code to ensure optimal performance. Maintain existing applications and implement feature enhancements. Follow best practices in version control, testing, and deployment. Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum

2+ years

of professional experience in PHP development. Strong working knowledge of

both Laravel and CodeIgniter

frameworks. Experience in MySQL and database schema design. Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. Understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful API development. Hands-on experience with Git and code versioning tools. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and secure code.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous):

Experience with Livewire, Vue.js, or React. Exposure to deployment tools and hosting environments (e.g., Cloudways, AWS). Knowledge of Composer, Artisan CLI, and database migrations. Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit). Familiarity with caching tools like Redis or Memcached.
